    Matters Arising:

    1. Local Government Act

      Rates Estimates—the Clerk had provided Members with an eight month report and also a ‘probable’ 12 month report showing 07/08 estimate. Mr Ronan provided Members with the 2007/08 draft accounts to assist in assessing the 2008/09 estimates.

      The Clerk pointed out that the ‘Lighting’ was much higher than the estimate because MEA were slow in completing the job at Ballafesson Road and it was not paid in the previous year. £32,802 had been paid in the current year.
